Well yesterday I met someone famous.

So yesterday after work I head to Walmart. Meet my buddy Brian there. We are there to meet Hillbilly Jim. He's there on the Road to Wrestlemania tour. Basically going all over the country to promote WMXX and the NGage. He was very haggard, wore sunglasses indoors, and looked like he had years of road on him. He signed little WMXX cards for us, and took pictures with us. The pictures should be emailed to us sometime I'll post them when I get them. We also got temporary tattoos, a big rubber band type thing and a Smackdown Your Vote button. The chick helpers were FOINE. But the funniest part about this trip was, I deceided to pick up a couple items while I was already there. Over the loud speaker I hear, "Whoever 'borrowed' the NGage's from the WWE please return them." Ya see noone was there to for Hillbilly so a lot of the time they were hanging around chatting. I noticed noone at all watching the Table with the NGage set up. Someone must have stolen them. I picked up some soap and some underwear (I highly recommend the Hanes Boxer Briefs with the Comfort Band Waist, No Tags, Fabric covering the waist band, very nice, they are my unds of choice).

My buddy Brian as we're leaving says how about Long John Silvers for dinner. Neither of us had had it in years, so we figured why not. Bad move.
A) The food was horrendous
B) The food was overpriced
C) It was Ash Wednesday so the place was PACKED
My advice to you, don't go there.

Tonight at 7:31 CST is the anniversary of Harry Caray's death. I'm intrigued to find out what they do with the Bartman ball, it's a fun little thing with the exorcising it and everything...but seriously growing up listening to Harry, I hope people care more about remembering Harry in all this hoopla, than about the Bartman Ball.

RIP Harry, You're greatly missed

Another Day

Blah blah, yesterday was an average day, work, play at home for a couple hours sleep. While watching the tape of the January Highland show, I realized I need to make Why I Love Teh Wrestlefight~! Vols 2 & 3 sometime soon. I've got the match lists pretty much set, it's just a matter of taking some time to do it. Vol 2 will be more Indy-tastic goodness. And Vol 3 will be WWE stuff I dig, mixed in with some Japan, ECW, WCW, etc. I also realized that the Idea for the WILTW tapes was to give them to my PPV buddies Brian and John, so they can see some stuff other than the WWE. I should probably give them copies huh?

Comments are cool man

I should have comments now.

The weekend was.

Umm yeah, lets start this like a diary type thing, OK yeah sure...

Friday, helped Sara paint some flats for the play she's directing at Roycemore. Then watched Spellbound, it was fun, but I don't see all the best documentary of the year hype.

Saturday, went to meet the owner of a mortgage company about me doing some side work (which may lead into job switch) but the meeting was short and pointless, except I found out some chick thinks I'd be her assistant. Then went home and watched tapes and did nothing really. That night Sara took me out for my Valnentine's dinner at Del Rio in Highwood. I had the Pasta Proscuito and it was yummy. It was fun. Then we met Dina for a few drinks at Rainbows.

Sunday, Went to Sara's Mom & Dad's house for laundry. Ran around and did errands as well, then had dinner with her folks. Came home and watched the last Sex in the City. So the big thing was that Big's name was John, whoopie. I guess there is some symbolism that since it's now John instead of Big, that it's for real but blah blah blah, crappy series finale for a show that was awesome.

Monday, Did nothing. Sat on my couch searched for wrestling matches to download, chatted on eternachat, watched KOTDM '02 while I dubbed it. Then the usual Monday Raw Chat. Unfortunately there was no Yurfle appearance.

One of these days I'll put up a comment thing since apparently that's what the kids are doing these days. In the mean time, just type something fun at my board. Silliness is allowed and actually encouraged.
